Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Activity
Sensory Bucket
Materials: • 1 Package rice • 2 Tablespoons of rubbing alcohol • Food coloring • Small letters • Small bucket • Mats
Procedures: 1. Mix the rice, rubbing alcohol and food coloring together. 2. Let it dry. 3. Put the colored rice and small letters in the small bucket. 4. Have students pick letters out of the bucket and match them to the letters on the mat.
*Variation – Have students match capital letters to the small letters on the mat.
